Miss Latrice began LHA 6 years ago with 14 students (4 of her own children) in her own home. Her desire was to offer a gentler, anxiety free, relationship focused, style of education to more students- the very type of education her own children were receiving through Charlotte Mason inspired homeschooling. The program quickly expanded to a brick and mortar program after just a year in her home and has grown into LHA today.

Lincoln Homeschool Academy seeks to stir up a passion for learning in your child and then gently guide that learning as your child pursues her passions. As a student in Lincoln Homeschool Academy, your child will be exposed to amazing books, artists, musicians, naturalists, historical figures, scientific explorations, the Word of God and so much more in her pursuit of passion for learning about the world around her. 

Lincoln Homeschool Academy maintains a healthy balance between small group instruction, larger group exploration and independent and collaborative learning. Your student will experience high academic standards while engaging with an exciting and challenging curriculum. She will also be provided with opportunities to explore her own interests and will choose her own ways to demonstrate her learning.

Lincoln Homeschool Academy students also enjoy large amounts of time outdoors during the school day!
